The New Going Out Outfit Formula – The Anna Edit

Millennials – want to hear some shocking news? Gen Z have a new going out outfit formula and it’s NOT ‘jeans and a nice top’. I know. I am shook to my core. This is my bread and butter. It’s all I’ve ever known since my mid-twenties when it came to leaving the house post 7pm (pre-25 it was the early 2010’s trusty body-con dress of course). Now I don’t think I’ll ever turn my back on jeans and a nice top fully – it’s a classic for a reason – however I’m always up for trying something new. Who What Wear had some ideas and I thought I’d add a few more into the mix. I’ve broken my finds down into three categories  – stripes, patterned and textured – all sitting within a neutral palette that I would 100% feel comfortable wearing. Pair them with something simple on top – a black vest top, a cream cardigan, something linen with a front-tie detail – and you’re good to go…
